A highly experienced Architect excelling in fostering productive relationships to ensure project success. Paul’s expertise in delivering strategic plans within public sector funding constraints has supported client visions while driving progress and improvements. Paul has successfully led transformation initiatives on large transformation projects, enabling them to complete on time and under budget despite their unique challenges. As an Enterprise Architect he has worked with local authorities, aligning new technologies with architectural principles and requirements.
